# The 10-Minute Weekly Reset

t**ry It Before You Build Your Whole Year Around It.**

Try it before you build your whole year around it. This is the exact method behind the HomeschoolPlanHub system: three blocks (Core, Rotating, Flex), planned in about 10 minutes, for every kid under one roof. It is not a summary to read. It is a working checklist plus one real blank week to fill in tonight, so you know the format fits your family before you spend anything.

## What's inside

This is a 2-page PDF, not an app or a slide deck. Page 1 lays out the method itself: a short explanation of the three block types (Core subjects every day, Rotating subjects on 2 to 3 assigned days, and a Flex block left open on purpose), followed by a 5-step checklist that walks you through planning a full week in order. It also includes a short rule for what to do when a week starts to slip, so one bad Tuesday does not turn into a lost week.

Page 2 is the blank week itself: a grid with rows for math, language arts, science, history, and art or elective, across Monday through Friday, plus a labeled space for the Flex block. It is color-coded by block type so you can see the structure at a glance while you fill it in.

## How to use it

Read page 1 once. Then open page 2 and follow the 5 steps in order: write the Core block for every kid first, assign the Rotating block to 2 or 3 specific days, block off Flex time and leave it empty, scan your calendar for anything already fixed this week, and stop. That is the whole week, for every kid, on one page. Most parents finish in under 10 minutes once they know the steps.

If you have more than one child, print an extra copy of page 2 for each kid, or use one grid and note initials next to each subject.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is this really free?

Yes. Add it to your cart and check out at $0. No credit card is required.

### Does it work for multiple kids and grade levels?

Yes. The Core and Rotating structure works the same way regardless of grade. Print one weekly grid per child, or use a single grid with a row per subject per kid.

### What if my week falls apart halfway through?

Protect the Core block first. If a day gets lost, math and reading still happen the next day. A missed Rotating subject waits for its slot the following week instead of being made up.

### Do I need any software or an account?

No. It is a print-and-fill PDF. No Canva account, no app, no subscription.

### Is this the same as the full planner?

No. This is one method and one blank week, meant to test the format. The full HomeschoolPlanHub Family Bundle has this same weekly structure already dated for the entire year, in every grade band, along with attendance, curriculum, and portfolio tracking. See the [Family Bundle](https://homeschoolplanhub.com/pricing/), from $49.49.
